Local Conference Inspires Local Food System!

Eating & buying local was the hot topic of discussion on Monday in WNY.   The Field & Fork Network  held their first annual Farmer-Chef conference at the Byrncliff Resort & Conference Center in Varysburg.  The sold-out conference engaged area chefs and local producers in a conversation about local food which included networking, workshops, a tasting expo and a hearty lunch using ingredients sourced from local farmers.  Local press coverage includes the following:
