Welcome to Edible NY, NJ and CT’s Eat Drink Local Week! Every day through July 2 we’ll be featuring two local restaurants or businesses on our blog. Today’s DRINK destination is Ellicottville Brewing Company. With two locations in both Ellicottville and Fredonia, Ellicottville Brewing Company is serving up Western New Yorkers a variety of craft beer, in addition to great restaurant fare.

Whether you’re enjoying a cold one at the restaurant alongside one of their EBC Brew Burgers or picking up a case of Blueberry Wheat Beer from your craft brew retailer, you can’t go wrong. If you’re looking for something to quench your thirst as the heat index continues to climb, they also feature seasonal brews like Mowmasters Ultra Pale Ale and Summer Hefe- great for a hot afternoon. EBC has something for everyone, and as recipients of three International World Beer Championship Awards you know their brews will taste great as well. Ales, lagers, stouts- all made in Western New York.

EBC’s Ellicottville location is open 7 days a week, serving from 11:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on weeknights and until 11:00 p.m. on weekends. Their Fredonia location is also open the entire week, serving from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day except Sunday, when they open at 4 p.m. At both locations the taps stay open until 2:00 a.m.

If you’re tired of drinking the same old beer, give Ellicottville Brewing Company a shot- you’ll be trying something new (and delicious!) while giving a boost to Western New York’s economy.
